I just logged on today to find this site had had 216 hits and 128 unique visitors! A huge leap from 7!

This is mainly due to the fact that I posted on the UDK forums with news of my new game. Its great to see this many hits on the site!

It's also a huge boost to see lots of positive comments on the forums. I'm really motivated to do well in this game now; to be told by experienced game devs that this is a great idea is very pleasing!

Talking of screenshots... the first are now out as a treat of the terrain development!
 
Just a small progress report today. I can estimate the first screens will come out in the next month. I'm making finishing touches to the assets for the first level before I put them together. After that it'll be a case of making the PCCs (Player Controlled Characters) and then there will be a beta release! Exciting times indeed. 
 
Recently I've been having many legal issues. This is proably my greatest concern that I'll fail in my game. Inn fact, the Indie game devs that make some superb games are also the most sued. Big corporations like Autodesk and Adobe can make lots of money through lawsuits and so do it often and at every oppurtunity.

And you can't forget that copyrights are confusing to anyone not familiar to them. I'm sure that I'll get round them, though only with great frustration and difficulty.

I'd also like to apologise for the lack of content currently on the site; early stages in development don't yield any goodies.
 
So then. This is the start of my blog. Enjoy! I'll soon follow up with information on how I'm doing all of this work.

Modelling: 3DS Max
Animation: Either Max or Motion Builder
Textures: Photoshop
